Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Data Systems Management: Accurately enter new hire data into Workday and monitor various reports in Dayforce (including Meal/Rest periods, Overtime, Pay Summaries, and Unpaired Clocks).
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist with the review of timesheets and prepare detailed reports regarding hours and overtime. Run pre-employment and promotion background checks.
- Logistics & Coordination: Email, schedule, and track attendance for regional trainings, orientations, and engagement efforts. This includes ordering lunch and coordinating materials for MQI sessions.
- Documentation: Maintain physical and digital employee files, logs, and milestone lists. Manage distribution lists and update email training calendars.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor training completions and track the progress of one-on-one meeting completions across the region.
- HR Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team and handle miscellaneous projects as assigned.
