Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Optimization: Drive standardization and process commonization across multiple regional plants.
- Process Development: Design and optimize high-speed/high-volume print and convert workflows (Flexographic and Lithographic/Offset).
- SOP & Training: Build robust SOPs and lead shop-floor training to improve operator competency and process repeatability.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean methodologies to reduce waste, improve yields, and maximize equipment utilization.
- Collaboration: Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Production to onboard new products and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
