Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for a variety of accounts, understanding that "one size does not fit all"—you will determine the best approach for each individual company’s needs.
- Communication: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound correspondence via email and phone with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Order & Logistics Coordination: Accurately process orders and coordinate with the shipping department to track deliveries and resolve any logistics hurdles.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure customer expectations are met and production timelines are clear.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records and utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks.
