The Role: Dual Finance Support (AP & AR) We are currently seeking two dedicated professionals to join the finance team: one Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator and one Accounts Receivable (AR) / Assurance Coordinator. Both roles are essential to the financial health of the facility, ensuring the seamless flow of capital and the integrity of vendor and customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) Focus:
Full-Cycle Invoicing: Accurately code/post supplier invoices and manage payments via check, ACH, and wire while capturing discount opportunities.
Resolution & Logistics: Partner with procurement to resolve PO and contract mismatches using a rigorous tracking log.
Cost Accounting: Direct expenses to correct cost centers and manage employee expense reports/advances.
Compliance: Support audits and maintain high-quality electronic historical records.
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Assurance Focus:
Revenue Processing: Classify numerical data, process customer payments, and generate accurate invoices.
Collections & Reconciliation: Investigate payment discrepancies (short-pays/pricing errors) and manage outreach for past-due accounts.
Quality Assurance: Perform data integrity checks and monitor spoilage/damage reports to ensure accurate accounting of perishable inventory.
Reporting: Analyze AR aging and collection status reports for leadership review.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Mastery: Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory. Experience with Workday or enterprise ERPs is highly preferred.
Operational Speed: Proficient 10-key data entry skills for high-volume environments.
Analytical Ability: Skilled at root-cause analysis for complex financial discrepancies.
Communication: Professional verbal/written skills for interacting with global vendors and executives.
Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
