- Experience from an automotive, automotive supplier, or large press operation.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000, Step 7, Sysmac Studio, GX Works).
- Experience with Industrial Robotic integration (e.g., ABB, Yaskawa Motoman, Fanuc).
- 2+ years of related work/school experience.
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Required: Successful completion of a written and hands-on exam (combined score of 60%+).

Responsibilities
- Perform PLC/HMI/Robotic troubleshooting and program development.
- Read, update, and develop electrical schematics using CAD software.
- Develop and implement safety, quality, and production countermeasures.
- Manage project work with outside contractors across multiple locations (travel generally <10%).
