Key Responsibilities As our Bookkeeper, you will ensure the financial integrity of the organization through:
- Core Accounting: Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, recording deposits/wire transfers, and maintaining a minimum balance in checking accounts.
- Reconciliation: Handling monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, as well as aligning the balance sheet with Treasurer reports.
- Reporting: Developing monthly and YTD budget reports, annual financial statements, and accurate general ledger accounts with tax-line mapping.
- Planning: Preparing the annual budget and five-year future forecasts.
- Compliance: Coordinating with the Tax Department for annual filings and participating in independent audits.
- Education: College degree in an Accounting-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high accuracy, and a strict commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

• Provide daily off-site remote support to monitor and respond to requests from staff
