This administrative role ensures the production line never stops by keeping materials flowing and orders organized. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a vital role in the procurement lifecycle. Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a purchasing and procurement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- High accuracy in data entry and the ability to spot errors in complex contracts or invoices

Responsibilities
- Creating, processing, and tracking POs to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
- Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm delivery dates, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to identify low-stock items and initiate reorders.
- Maintaining accurate price lists and assisting the Procurement Manager in comparing vendor pricing.
- Ensuring all procurement documents, contracts, and certificates of insurance are up to date and filed correctly.
