We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Food Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our kitchen/manufacturing floor, ensuring that our products are prepared, packaged, and labeled according to our high standards of quality and food safety.

Whether you are handling raw ingredients or operating high-tech packaging machinery, your work ensures our customers receive the very best.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation: Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes.
  
  
• Production: Operate production equipment (mixers, ovens, assembly lines) safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.
  
  
• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clinical level of cleanliness in your workstation; strictly follow HACCP and OSHA safety guidelines.
  
  
• Packaging: Securely package and label products for shipment or retail display.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in food production, commercial kitchens, or manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  
  
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [40 lbs].
  
  
• Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for spotting issues with ingredients or packaging.
  
  
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping your colleagues during peak hours.
