Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: "Scrub" and verify data from market vendors and depositories to announce upcoming corporate events to our clients.
- Instruction Management: Process and record complex client instructions for mandatory and voluntary actions.
- Financial Reconciliation: Balance payables and receivables to ensure client cash projections are 100% accurate.
- Client Advocacy: Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding their positions and account profiles.
- Problem Resolution: Identify complex financial events and work with your team to resolve issues before they impact the market.
