Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the selection process by analyzing party rankings, verifying arbitrator availability, and appointing panels in accordance with established procedural rules.
- Review and process arbitration pleadings to determine proper panel composition
- Lead the end-to-end scheduling of pre-hearing conferences and hearings, including managing telephonic conferences, reserving hearing rooms, and coordinating with off-site vendors.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for legal counsel and arbitrators
- Review and process critical documents, including arbitrator oaths, postponement requests, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a high-volume office, legal, or regulatory environment
- High School Diploma
- Skills in electronic file management, case management systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience reviewing legal pleadings or working within an arbitration or litigation framework. (Preferred)
- Position offers a competitive rate of $26.00/hr.
