Primary Roles
- Accounts Receivable
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Manage aging receivables and communicate with customers on overdue balances
- Collect and deposit check payments
- Data Entry - Entring production orders to the manufacturing team
- Manage customer orders with high attention to detail
- Learn and utilize MRP Easy database
- Manage and track inventory between internal data systems
- Identify and solve errors within data sets
- Computer proficiency a must
