salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle AR process, including processing customer payments, posting credit card transactions, and managing credit memos/adjustments.
• Handle outbound collections for past-due accounts, maintain aging reports, and accurately process bad debt write-offs.
  
  
• Manage digital bill entry and payment platforms, assist with cash management tasks, and oversee petty cash distribution.
  
  
• Perform monthly reconciliations for credit card payments and ensure all financial data is accurately mirrored in the accounting system.
  
  
• Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including supply procurement, vendor management for repairs, and breakroom oversight.
  
  
• Coordinate Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests for vendors and customers; manage daily digital filing and document scanning.
  
  
• Assist with staff calendar management, on-call scheduling, and travel/lodging coordination.
