Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials using scales and balances.
- Load ingredients into tanks, kettles, and mixers strictly following the sequence of the Manufacturing Order.
- Operate industrial mixing equipment—including homogenizers, sweep mixers, and propeller mixers—and manage heating/cooling systems.
- Complete all batch records with strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). You will record weights, temps, mixing times, and lot numbers.
- Perform COP/CIP (Cleaning Out of Place/Cleaning In Place) to sanitize equipment and processing rooms, preventing cross-contamination.
- Strictly follow cGMP, safety guidelines, and company SOPs.
