Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Lead Generation
Your primary goal is to keep the outside sales team's calendars full.
- Outbound Prospecting: Making a high volume of daily "cold" or "warm" calls to business owners and facility managers across the SC/GA coast.
- Email Outreach: Crafting professional, persuasive emails to introduce Jan-Pro’s commercial cleaning services.
- Appointment Setting: Convincing prospects to agree to an in-person meeting or site walkthrough with an outside sales representative.
Unlike traditional telemarketing, this role requires a modern approach to finding clients.
- Social Media Mining: Using platforms like LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers (Property Managers, HR Directors, Business Owners) at local companies.
- Strategic Engagement: Commenting on or messaging prospects to build brand awareness before making a direct pitch.
Since you are working in-office with Microsoft Word and Excel, you are the record-keeper of the sales process.
- CRM Maintenance: Tracking every call, email, and interaction in a database to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
- Market Research: Compiling lists of businesses in the Pooler/Savannah area that fit Jan-Pro's target profile (medical offices, schools, warehouses, etc.).
- Sales Syncs: Meeting with the outside sales team to discuss the quality of appointments and adjusting your "pitch" based on their feedback from the field.
