We are seeking a meticulous and systems-savvy Payroll Administrator to serve as a cornerstone of our accounting and HR operations. In this role, you won’t just be processing checks; you’ll be the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) driving the integrity of our Oracle Fusion and ADP ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution of processing, funding, and complex reconciliations
  
  
• Leverage deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion to manage payroll workflows, generate insightful reporting, and resolve system bottlenecks
  
  
• Drive seamless data flow and reconciliation between ADP and internal systems, drawing on a proven track record of managing third-party payroll integrations
  
  
• Navigate the complexities of multi-state payroll with ease, maintaining rigorous compliance with diverse state and local tax laws, new registrations, and evolving regulatory landscapes
  
  
• Actively scout for automation opportunities and system enhancements; you will be responsible for articulating business needs, documenting technical requirements, and leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  
  
• Serve as the Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) in high-level collaborations with HRIM, Finance, and IT to steer system upgrades and enterprise-wide implementations
