- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on Training and Development.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.
- Regulatory Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience driving training and continuous improvement in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and a preference for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Communication: Ability to read complex regulations and transfer that information into tailored, meaningful training content for both small and large groups.
- Physical Presence: Must be able to work onsite in Boca Raton, with approximately 75% of time spent viewing a computer screen.

Responsibilities
- Program Development: Utilize adult learning principles to design and develop learning solutions that meet specific objectives and various learning styles.
- Instructional Delivery: Facilitate engaging site-wide cGMP training and conduct New Hire Orientation to ensure compliance across all levels.
- Process Improvement: Perform gap analyses to identify program deficiencies and initiate improvement plans for training effectiveness.
- Documentation & SOPs: Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist other functional areas in creating departmental training materials.
- Compliance Tracking: Participate in developing training metrics and provide feedback to departments to ensure adherence to established processes.
- Administrative Support: Manage training records and assignments within the electronic data management system.
