- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of directly related finance or payroll experience.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with Workday, ADP, PowerBI, or CoPilot is highly preferred.
- Payroll Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll policies, program compliance, and reporting requirements (e.g., FLSA).
- Global Expertise: Previous experience with global payroll processing and expatriate payroll administration.
- Certifications: Professional designations such as CPP or FPC are a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: A "white glove" approach to client relationship management, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regimented environment.
- Adaptability: Experience in both small and large company environments, with a "task-oriented" mindset to handle duties outside of day-to-day operations when needed.
- Duration: 6-month contract (Possibility for extension or conversion).
- Location: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in-office in Malvern, PA).

Responsibilities
- Data Management & Audit: Compile, analyze, and audit payroll data from multiple sources (Excel, EIB tools, Access) to execute bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly pay cycles for global crew members.
- Compliance & Administration: Manage base-pay and non-base pay components (bonuses, corporate recognition) while maintaining strict adherence to country-specific and US federal, state, and local regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Research and resolve complex payroll and compensation discrepancies escalated by business partners, identifying trends and recommending workflow enhancements for better efficiency.
- System Optimization: Perform testing for new payroll system requirements or enhancements, creating test cases to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Consultative Support: Act as a consultant to internal teams and external vendors, providing guidance on complex transactions, global payroll implementation, and reporting.
- Collaboration: Manage relationships with regional HR centers, Finance vendors, and funding banks to ensure seamless payment delivery.
