Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the Data: Act as the SAP gatekeeper—managing order entry and inventory with zero room for error.
- Excel Mastery: Go beyond data entry; build dashboards and reports using VLOOKUPs and Macros to track business performance.
- Cross-Border Coordination: Partner with South American production teams and global freight partners to keep cargo moving.
- Vessel Tracking: Monitor global shipments and provide real-time updates to clients and the Commercial Director.
- The Paperwork: Prepare and audit critical export docs (Invoices, Bills of Lading, Health Certificates). Accuracy is everything.
- Fix the Glitches: Reconcile discrepancies in volume or pricing and solve logistics headaches before they hit the bottom line.
- Technical Chops: Real-world comfort in SAP and Advanced Excel.
- Language: Fluent English is a must; Spanish is a huge plus for origin coordination.
- Grit: The ability to stay organized and calm when the pace picks up.
