Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring all invoices, expense reports, and payment cycles are processed accurately and on schedule.
  
  
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and sub-ledgers against the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
  
  
• Organize and update financial databases and documentation, ensuring all records comply with internal audit standards and standard accounting principles.
  
  
• Assist the senior accounting team with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation of journal entries and preliminary financial schedules.
  
  
• Act as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries, verify purchase orders, and streamline operational workflow
