- Architect Seamless Solutions: Independently manage the full lifecycle of subcontractor agreements, from negotiating terms to final execution and off-boarding.
- Drive Compliance & Integrity: Review Fieldglass SOW intake requests in queue to ensure all activities align with rigorous risk and legal standards.
- Be a Strategic Liaison: Partner directly with Procurement, General Counsel, and Risk teams to draft contracts and triage diverse business needs.
- Innovate Process Efficiency: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce spend and improve speed across the contingent workforce landscape.
- Empower Global Teams: Educate stakeholders and vendors on Fieldglass utilization, serving as the expert guide for administrative excellence.
- Functional Expertise: 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Human Resources, or Procurement.
- Technical Mastery: Intermediate proficiency in Fieldglass, Service Now, and Excel (pivot tables/data management).
- Precision & Communication: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse leadership levels.
