You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, acting as a bridge between raw data and actionable business intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to project long-term growth and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly results against budget and prior year, identifying key drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for department heads and executive leadership.
- Operational Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Leverage ERP data to automate reporting and streamline financial workflows.
