We are looking for a sharp, fast-paced Inbound Customer Service Associate to join our team for the Friday through Sunday (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM) shift. In this role, you’ll be the voice of support for our truck drivers, handling everything from appointment updates and trailer coordination to real-time problem-solving via phone and chat. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess top-notch communication skills, and enjoy a weekend-based schedule, we’d love to have you on board to ensure our drivers stay on the road and on schedule.

salary: $23 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from truck drivers
• Provide accurate information regarding appointments, trailer services, and facility procedures
• Resolve driver issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Scan documents, perform data entry, and update internal reports and systems
• Assist with trailer unload coordination and track trailer loads
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services
