Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth, Advice, and Specialized Relationships leaders to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for licensed financial professionals across multiple geographies.
- Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for up to 25 unique, high-priority requisitions, ensuring a seamless experience from intake to hire.
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through advanced online sourcing channels and industry-specific outreach events to build a robust pipeline of specialized talent.
- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role impact and expectations, while providing critical market insights and education on the competitive landscape.
- Leverage ATS proficiency and organizational expertise to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements.
