Responsibilities
- Management of overall trade deduction balances
- Research and resolve payment deductions due to shortages, early settlements returns and promotional activities
- Understand all relevant derivatives and hedging products
- Responsible for making sure deductions are properly categorized and coded to the correct customers, brands, and spend category
- Dispute unapproved and inaccurate deductions with external customers in order to receive repayment
- Provide month end reporting on accrual balances
- Utilize Excel and Access to maintain daily and month reporting requirements
