Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform due diligence on prospective new products and projects
- Review offering memos received from various fund managers
- Perform research and analysis on various industries and companies
- Handles the financial analysis and modeling of investment opportunities
- Monitor investment performance and make appropriate recommendations to management
- Provide general financial markets and industry research
- Prepare investor reporting as needed
- Utilize Excel and Access to create needed management reporting
- Prepares projections of net operating income and cash flow
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably within Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 0 -1 year of total experience; previous work within a financial services environment preferred which can include internship experience
- strong communication skills and ability to present complex data to leadership
- Proficient with Excel and Access database
- Attention to detail is a must
