In this role, you are the vital link in our global innovation chain, ensuring that critical research samples reach internal and external partners across the world. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your precision directly supports the development and registration of products that help farmers feed a growing population.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Process and prepare sample orders for domestic and international shipping, ensuring all documentation aligns with IATA and DOT regulations.
• Conduct physical and digital reconciliations of bulk and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) inventories using specialized logistics applications and Excel.
• Identify and report discrepancies in test substances or application processes to leadership.
• Oversee restricted GLP storage areas and coordinate the ordering and organization of essential laboratory supplies.

What you'll need to apply:

• Associate degree or equivalent (Science-related field preferred).
• Foundational knowledge of safe chemical handling and a commitment to following site safety protocols.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or supply chain management.
• High level of computer proficiency, including experience with inventory databases and Microsoft Excel.
