salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Performing bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting month end, quarter end, and year end close
• Maintaining general ledger accuracy and integrity
• Reviewing and reconciling subledgers to the general ledger
• Assisting with financial statement preparation
• Supporting audit requests and documentation
• Tracking expenses and analyzing variances
• Monitoring internal controls and identifying discrepancies
• Assisting with budgets and forecasts
• Managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Supporting AP and AR as needed
• Working closely with Controllers, Accounting Managers, and Finance leadership
• Maintaining organized documentation and audit ready records
• Using systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Great Plains, or similar ERPs depending on the company
