We need a Contract Sourcer who can hit the ground running, manage a split of hourly and salaried roles, and deliver results immediately.

Responsibilities
- Aggressive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and alternative sourcing channels to identify top-tier talent for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Full-Funnel Management: Perform initial outreach, conduct rigorous phone screens, and present "ready-to-interview" candidates to the recruiting team.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide weekly transparency into your pipeline. You will be expected to report on key metrics including:
- Total Outreaches
- Screens Conducted
- Candidates Presented/Submissions
- Total Outreaches
- Prioritization: Manage a diverse load of requisitions, pivoting quickly between high-volume hourly roles and specialized salaried positions.
