Randstad is seeking a skilled Controller for a very well established and growing manufacturer headquartered in Deerfield Beach, FL.  This critical role manages the accounting team and complete accounting cycle to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making.  This is a direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package, PTO, paid company holiday week and bonus structure. 

salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle including daily transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform management and business decisions.
• Approve all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and process payroll, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory and fixed assets, and support budgeting/forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors during tax preparation and financial audits.
