Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Strategy: Execute a Florida-specific sales strategy to capture market share within hospitals, ASCs, and health systems, aligning regional growth with corporate objectives.
- 503B Regulatory Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on FDA 503B regulations, positioning quality systems, labeling, and stability data to meet rigorous hospital compliance and safety standards.
- Account Acquisition: Prospect and close high-value accounts while expanding utilization of IV fluids and specialty injectables through strategic product launches and clinical adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted partnerships with Pharmacy Directors, Materials Management, Anesthesia leadership, and Supply Chain teams across the Florida territory.
- Operational Continuity: Serve as the primary liaison, collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, and Ops teams to proactively manage product allocations, lead times, and drug shortages.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor Florida market trends, competitor pricing, and supply gaps to identify strategic opportunities and maintain high-integrity CRM data for accurate forecasting.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities strictly adhere to federal 503B guidelines, internal corporate policies, and specific health system credentialing requirements.
