Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Asset Compliance: Oversee all receiving processes. Ensure every item is vetted and paired with the correct instructions and documentation immediately upon arrival.
- Technician "Gatekeeping": Act as the primary point of contact for the field team. Enforce strict check-out and return protocols to maintain a clear chain of custody for all parts and equipment.
- Data Integrity & System Ownership: Take full accountability for the Inventory Management System (IMS). Input all technician returns and new arrivals daily to ensure digital stock levels perfectly mirror physical inventory.
- Reconciliation & Auditing: Lead regular cycle counts and "physical-to-digital" audits. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies by identifying root causes in the workflow.
- Process Enforcement: Hold technicians accountable for accurate paperwork and the condition of returned items. Ensure no stock moves in or out of the building without being logged.
- Organization & Staging: Maintain a high-standard warehouse layout where all items are labeled, instructions are accessible, and high-value assets are secured.
