How You’ll Make an Impact
- Strategic Partnership: Transition from a "vendor" to a "trusted advisor." You’ll embed yourself in the client’s culture to understand their operational DNA and long-term business goals.
- Precision Recruitment: Move beyond basic sourcing. You will design and execute aggressive recruitment plans that ensure a constant pipeline of high-quality talent, even in the tightest labor markets.
- Total Workforce Management: Own the full lifecycle—from forecasting and screening to onboarding and employee relations. You’re the captain of the ship on-site.
- Consultative Solutions: Use data and market insights to present business reviews and workforce strategies that help the client optimize their productivity.
- Operational Excellence: Navigate complex employment laws and compliance standards with total professionalism, ensuring a "delight" factor for both the client and our talent.

Responsibilities
What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 3+ years of professional business experience (Sales, Recruiting, or Operations).
- The Specialty: At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing is highly preferred. You should be comfortable managing hundreds of placements, not just dozens.
- The Agility: You are a master of "calculated multitasking." You can pivot from a strategic board-room meeting to a candidate crisis without breaking a sweat.
- The Communication: You possess the "executive presence" to influence hiring managers and the empathy to support a diverse workforce.
- The Grit: A proven ability to resolve complex situations, manage expectations (even when that means saying "no"), and deliver results under pressure.
