Responsibilities
Execute precise weighing and measurement of raw materials utilizing calibrated scales and analytical balances.
Charge ingredients into processing vessels in exact alignment with Manufacturing Order sequences to ensure batch integrity.
Masterfully operate high-shear homogenizers, sweep mixers, and agitation systems while monitoring thermal jackets (heating/cooling).
Maintain meticulous batch records in full compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), capturing critical data points including lot numbers and process parameters.
Perform comprehensive CIP/COP cycles to eliminate cross-contamination risks and maintain sterile processing environments.
Uphold the highest levels of cGMP compliance, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
