- Network Building: Educate new hires on the vital importance of mentorship and facilitate the internal networking required to thrive in a global engineering org.
- End-to-End Coordination: Serve as the logistics lead for all Gas Power Engineering learning events, seminars, and technical training sessions.
- Frictionless Delivery: Manage room bookings, digital platforms, materials, and post-event evaluations to ensure high-quality, consistent learning experiences.
- Program Maintenance: Keep the engineering learning calendar updated and ensure all curricula are delivered without operational hiccups.
- Professional Skills Delivery: Facilitate standardized onboarding sessions focused on professional excellence and "soft skills" for early-career engineers.
- Culture Deep Dive: Lead structured sessions on the Five Pillars of Gas Power Engineering, ensuring our values and mission are ingrained from the start.
- An Enablement Expert: You have a background in HR, Learning & Development (L&D), or Project Management, with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Operationally Lean: You hate "friction." You are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes and automate logistics.
- Facilitator: You are comfortable standing in front of a room (or a Zoom call) of engineers and delivering engaging, impactful training.
- Detail-Obsessed: You understand that a missing software license or a late calendar invite can derail a new hire’s first impression.
