Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Maintain and update vehicle records, registrations, and digital files.
- Maintenance Logistics: Track preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate service appointments to minimize downtime.
- Operations Support: Assist with vehicle assignments, returns, and thorough physical inspections.
- Financial Admin: Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintenance documentation with high accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Act as the point of contact for vendors, repair shops, and internal departments.
- Reporting: Assist in generating reports on mileage, fuel usage, and repair statuses.
