We're looking for a highly motivated Engineering Technician with a strong background in power electronics to join our development team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a critical, on-site role in Binghamton, NY, perfect for a hands-on professional who thrives working with high-power systems, motor drives, and energy conversion technologies.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and troubleshoot high-voltage and high-current test setups.
- Perform accurate electrical measurements using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
- Assist engineers with the design, prototyping, and testing of power electronic circuits and systems.
- Execute soldering, PCB rework, and basic circuit assembly tasks.
- Support specialized testing, including thermal and EMI testing of power modules.
- Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Document test results, prepare technical reports, and ensure all electrical safety protocols are followed.
