This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be the primary driver of high-volume hiring, ensuring our production lines are staffed with top-tier talent while enabling HR leadership to focus on long-term site strategy.
Key Responsibilities 1. High-Volume Recruiting & Sourcing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, with a primary focus on high-volume manufacturing positions (e.g., Packaging Operators).
- Manage the entire requisition lifecycle, from initial posting and screening to offer execution and pre-employment checks.
- Actively source candidates via job boards, referrals, and community outreach to maintain a robust pipeline for scheduled onboarding classes.
- Plan and facilitate large-scale hiring events, group interviews, and onsite recruiting days.
- Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact for hiring managers, setting clear expectations on timelines and interview participation.
- Drive accountability across the interview team to prevent delays in critical hiring decisions.
- Partner with RPO providers and external recruiting vendors to maximize candidate flow and meet aggressive headcount targets.
- Ensure all recruiting activities align with company policies and employment law.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation within the ATS and HR systems.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to proactively identify and mitigate hiring risks.
- Provide backup support to the HR Coordinator during peak volume periods to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
