We are less concerned with your mastery of specific ERP software and more interested in your investigative nature and sense of urgency. If you are a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain, or a professional with a strong foundation in logistics who loves to multitask, we will provide the training to help you bridge any technical gaps.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate whether products should be sourced through Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or third-party vendors based on department guidelines and value.
- Review vendor quotes for labor and parts to ensure pricing aligns with organizational guidelines. Ensure all repairs outside of contract coverage are billed at negotiated rates.
- Review equipment repair history and perform cost-benefit analyses to determine if repairs are cost-effective or if equipment replacement is necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred).
- 3+ years of related experience is preferred, but we are open to high-potential candidates with a strong science/business background and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn computerized data systems (VendorMate, Premier, MMIS).
