- Global Travel Coordination: Design cost-effective travel itineraries, managing everything from flights to accommodations with meticulous detail.
- Procurement & Financial Mastery: Streamline team operations by managing purchase orders through Coupa, ensuring budget compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Proven Administrative Expertise: 4+ years of previous experience supporting Senior Leadership with a focus on calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams; experience with procurement software like Coupa is highly preferred.
- Adaptive Ownership: You demonstrate high learning agility, take full accountability for your projects, and thrive when working independently.
