Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Review, analyze, and negotiate service contracts for clinical and non-clinical equipment, ensuring terms are met with 95% compliance.
- Partner with vendors and our Legal department to optimize pricing, service levels, and coverage hours, including "out of contract" costs like after-hours labor and parts.
- Perform in-depth cost-benefit analyses (e.g., Time & Material vs. Service Contract) and track all negotiated savings for executive reporting.
- Validate invoice accuracy against contract terms, dispute discrepancies, and ensure invoice accruals do not exceed 90 days.
- Conduct annual evaluations of contract performance, addressing non-performance issues and negotiating refunds where necessary.
- 2+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Contract Administration.
- Practical knowledge of hospital products and equipment for specific service lines (e.g., Surgery, Radiology, Facilities).
- General knowledge of Healthcare Operations, Legal terminology, or Accounting principles.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Location: On-site at Altamonte Springs facility.
