Project Manager - Sage Intacct Implementation Pay Rate: 75-80 per hour 8-9 month contract hybrid, Tues-Thurs in office - Malvern PA Position Summary The Sage Intacct Implementation Project Manager will serve as the primary internal lead for the Sage Intacct implementation, coordinating closely with Sage and internal stakeholders. This role will ensure project alignment, manage deliverables, and facilitate communication across all functional and technical workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing financial management solution implementations (Sage Intacct preferred). • strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus). • Experience working with external implementation partners/VARs. • Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between Vanguard Charitable, Cherry Bekaert, and Sage for all project phases.

• Participate in the Steering Committee and Engagement Leadership meetings, representing internal interests and ensuring alignment with executive sponsors.

• Coordinate with Cherry Bekaert’s Project Manager and technical leads to track milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

Functional & Technical Oversight

• Oversee internal teams responsible for: Legacy Data Extraction, Test Environment Services, Integration Development.

• Identify and ensure the delivery of business process reengineering to gain work efficiencies.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between internal resources and Cherry Bekaert’s functional and technical consultants.

Implementation Management

• Manage the project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design sessions with both internal and external partners.

• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
