This is a non-clinical, administrative position focused on the complex landscape of formal grievances and appeals. You will navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, drafting formal responses and collaborating with Legal and Risk Management teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end resolution process for formal patient complaints and appeals in strict alignment with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into service-related and quality-of-care concerns, interviewing stakeholders and reviewing documentation.
- Draft high-level, formal written responses to patients and families that are compassionate, clear, and legally sound.
- Partner with clinical leadership, Legal, Risk Management, and Quality teams to identify trends and mitigate institutional risk.
- Ensure all cases meet rigorous documentation standards and federal/state timeline requirements.
