Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support:
- Manage the full-cycle background check process, including sending invitations, collecting documentation, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate employee interviews, encompassing scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
- Support new hire onboarding by facilitating system account setup, orientation, and documentation tracking.
- HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), assisting employees with login and access support.
- Ensure compliance and accessibility by managing and maintaining confidential personnel files (e.g., orientation, background checks, corrective actions, and promotions).
- Track and update employee training records and cross-training documentation.
- Internal Communication and Engagement:
- Draft and distribute internal communications and announcements to relevant teams.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, programs, events, and recognition efforts, including vendor management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general employee inquiries and provide administrative assistance for various employee programs.
