In this role, you won't just be watching the process—you’ll be driving it. You will oversee production statuses across multiple sites, manage packaging development, and turn raw data into professional sales presentations that win.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Project Command: Lead projects through the entire lifecycle—from initial price proposals and packaging development to final production and fulfillment.
- Production Liaison: Act as the primary daily contact between customers and manufacturing staff, ensuring everyone is aligned on specifications and schedules.
- Problem Solver: Investigate inventory or order discrepancies, identify creative solutions, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure seamless delivery.
- Data Strategy: Maintain customer databases, track sales expenses, and generate insightful monthly reports and sales tracking vs. projections.
- Meeting Leadership: Own the room. You’ll lead meetings with clear agendas, maintain action registers, and step in for Sales or Program Managers when needed.
- Margin Management: Monitor project costs and timelines to ensure we hit our delivery dates and our profit targets.

Responsibilities

• Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers.
• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information and answering questions.
• Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
