Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Support: Assist dental offices with coordination of benefits, enrollment, and claims attachments.
- Member Advocacy: Help members locate network dentists and understand their eligibility and benefits.
- Problem Solving: Research and resolve complex inquiries regarding claim payments, stops, and voids across phone, email, and chat.
- Education: Guide users on how to utilize self-service tools and web portals effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions.
