This role is a combination of inbound "Intro Calls" and complex non-call support, focusing on efficiency, policy accuracy, and peer mentorship across multiple lines of business. Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in insurance service or non-call support.
• Operational Skills: Ability to manage 5–10 state licenses and navigate complex CRM dashboards.
• Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• License: Active Texas P&C License is preferred, but not required.

• Quality & Compliance: Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs.
• Peer Mentorship: Coach L1/L2 agents on workflow best practices and document SOP refinements.
• System Mastery: Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision.
