We are seeking a high-energy, driven Territory Sales Representative to take over a premiere, high-performing region. This isn't a "start-from-scratch" territory; this desk was managed by the same individual for over 20 years. You aren’t just hunting for leads- you are taking over a legacy of deep-rooted relationships and a client base that already knows our name.
This is a Statutory W-2 position, offering you the tax advantages of a business owner with the FICA contribution support of an employee. The Role
This is a high-visibility position that requires a mix of relationship management and aggressive sales growth. You will be responsible for:
- Managing an Established Portfolio: Stepping into a territory with 20+ years of history and maintaining the gold standard of service our clients expect.
- Driving New Revenue: Identifying opportunities within the existing footprint to upsell and expand our tangible product reach.
- Face-to-Face Engagement: Moving through the territory daily to meet with clients, demonstrate products, and close deals.
- Warm Lead Environment: Skip the "introduction" phase—most of your clients have been with us for decades.
- Statutory W-2 Status: Enjoy the ability to deduct your business expenses on a Schedule C while we pay the employer share of your Social Security and Medicare taxes.

What You Bring to the Table
- Sales Grit: 2+ years of outside sales experience (D2D or B2B). You must have the "drive" to knock on doors and the persistence to close.
- Tangible Product Success: Proven experience selling physical goods. You’re comfortable managing samples and physically moving product (must be able to lift bags up to 45 lbs).
- Self-Command: You are a self-starter who doesn't need a manager looking over your shoulder to hit your numbers.
- Local Expertise: You currently reside in the territory and own a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
