What You Bring to the Table
- Experience:
- Required: 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience.
- Required: 1+ years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry.
- Required: 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously and troubleshoot basic equipment issues independently.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written skills are a must.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of Dental/Medical terminology.
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid.
- Background in claims, billing, or coding.
- 100% Remote: Work from the comfort of your home (in approved states).

Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Support Members & Providers: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims payments.
- Solve Problems: Research and resolve complex inquiries regarding coordination of benefits, claim denials, and payment issues.
- Access to Care: Assist members in locating network dentists and primary care providers.
- Educate: Guide customers on how to use self-service tools and understand their coverage.
- Document: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and set expectations for follow-up.
