Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment Ownership: Enter, acknowledge, verify pricing, expedite, and manage schedule updates for customer orders from start to finish
- Customer & Distributor Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and documentation
- Reporting & Tracking: Prepare monthly commission, administrative, and sales reports while maintaining databases and member commitments
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing to meet customer needs
- Quoting & Pricing Support: Prepare quotations and assist with pricing verification
- RMA & Issue Resolution: Support technical inquiries, returns, and customer complaint resolution
- Sales & Marketing Support: Distribute marketing materials and assist with sales reporting
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve order flow, communication, and customer experience
- Credit & Collections Assistance: Support finance team when needed
