Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations by managing temporary staffing needs, overseeing payroll processes, and fostering a positive experience for our temporary associates through our care program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Recruitment:** Identify, attract, and onboard qualified temporary staff to meet client demands.
* **Payroll Management:** Accurately process and manage payroll for temporary associates, ensuring timely and correct compensation.
* **Temporary Associate Care Program:** Develop and implement initiatives to support and engage temporary associates, addressing their needs and ensuring their well-being.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
* strong understanding of payroll processes and related regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
